GAIL STURGESS

Gail is a Consultant, Facilitator, Coach, Speaker focussed on Agile People Management.
Gail is an IT person by Profession with over 30 years experience in IT. For the past 15 years she has been at the confluence of IT and HR, enabling her to bring unique, in-depth understanding to the problems and opportunities that lie between IT and HR.
Gail was involved in major HR/IT projects in both private and public sector in South Africa and other African countries, shaping and delivering overall IT Human Capital and Agile People Strategy.
Gail developed a number of programs aimed specifically at assisting both IT and HR with establishing an Agile People Framework for IT, Agile Human Capital Strategy, Agile Performance Management and The Agile IT HR Business Partner.
Gail presented and conducted workshops at conferences for Gartner, PECS, IITPSA, DisruptHR and was part of the SA delegation to 2 G7 conferences.
