Professionally, Anjinsen has nearly 15 years of experience in various fields and currently working as Management Support Officer in the public sector.
Aside from his work, Anjinsen:
• Was Part Time Lecturer in Public Speaking at the University of Technology, Mauritius
• A Freelance Creative Content Writer
• A Public Speaker (Awarded among the 10 Best Speakers for 2023 by MAAAJ Group)
• Certified Soft Skills Trainer and Corporate Trainer from the Indian Leadership Academy
• Mentor for the Youth Mentoring Programme by JCI Curepipe for the past 3 years
• Community Journalist (publishing over 40 press articles in the local press)
In addition, he is the co-author of the Anthologies “Jane Jade” and “Cherish your love” published by Spectrum of Thoughts Publication, India.

Usually my talks are tailored made according to the targeted audience. The approach I used is more towards self-reflection with activities and course materials to trigger the mindset of the participants. The aim behind this method is to make the participants think outside the box in order to tap in their hidden potential and make them a better version of themselves.
The practical sessions work in line with the theoretical part so as the participants get a full training session to better master the topic covered in both their personal and professional lives.
In addition, as trained corporate/soft skills trainer from the Indian Leadership Academy I make it a must to meet my audiences’ expectations in terms of delivery from basic level of understanding to more complex terms, hence showing my adaptability to different audiences.
