Jenna Evelyn is a final-year psychology student who was diagnosed with ADHD at 21 after first being misdiagnosed and four suicide attempts in total before she even left school. Probed and inspired by her own studies in Psychology, she uses her story to educate others on the implications and benefits of neurodiversity to create a more empathetic, inclusive and understanding environment in the workplace, schools and in society for neurodivergents. Jenna Evelyn believes neurodivergence can be harnessed to bring immense value to companies and schools due to the incredible strengths it offers.

As a neurodiversity speaker, I offer audiences a transformative perspective on embracing differences and thriving through unique strengths. My talks inspire individuals to challenge traditional notions of “normal,” encouraging a more inclusive and compassionate approach to how we view neurodivergent minds. Audiences gain valuable insights into the quirks, creativity, and challenges of living with neurodiversity, equipping them with practical strategies for fostering inclusivity in both personal and professional settings.

Through personal stories and actionable advice, I aim to bridge the gap between neurotypical and neurodivergent experiences, offering tools to improve communication, boost collaboration, and harness the full potential of diverse thinkers. Whether you’re a parent, educator, employer, or individual seeking greater self-understanding, my talks provide the knowledge and inspiration to create environments where neurodiverse individuals can not only succeed but also lead the way in innovation and change.
