Red Jacket Spotlight is a tiered profile and opportunity service for serious speakers who want more of the right stages. Through three premium levels – Premier, Elite, and Icon – plus our broader Spotlight Community, we help you sharpen your online presence and connect you with speaking opportunities around the world. You bring the message. We help you find the microphone.

The speaking world is full of events, conferences, and stages, but most speakers never see the opportunities that would suit them best. Spotlight changes all that.

Spotlight combines three things:

  • A clear, compelling speaker profile
  • Direct access to a global speaking gig through our custom-developed search platform
  • Regular information and feedback from the Red Jacket team at different levels of intensity.

LEVEL 1

SPOTLIGHT COMMUNITY

Stay connected, informed, and inside the Red Jacket ecosystem.

Spotlight Community is our foundation level for any speaker in the Red Jacket family. It keeps you close to the opportunities, insights, and relationships that move your speaking forward, even if you are not yet ready for a paid Spotlight tier.

Spotlight Community gives you:

  • Regular updates on speaking trends, topics, and markets
  • Occasional open calls for speaking opportunities and collaborations
  • Inclusion in the wider Red Jacket speaker ecosystem
  • Invitations to selected online sessions, webinars, workshops and events

If you want to stay plugged into what is happening in the speaking world, Spotlight Community is your starting point.

Fees:

  • Free monthly membership
  • 25% of any booked paid speaker fee
  • Open to all Red Jacket Members

LEVEL 2

SPOTLIGHT PREMIER

Tighten your profile and start finding more stages.

Spotlight Premier is your launchpad into more speaking opportunities. It is designed for speakers who are getting serious about their craft and want structured access to gigs, plus help in presenting themselves professionally to the market. Limited to just 15 members.

Spotlight Premier gives you:

  • One profile review per year with clear, practical feedback
  • Guidance to update your speaker profile with a Red Jacket agent
  • Access to global speaking gigs through our search platform with standard filters
  • Monthly email updates highlighting selected opportunities that match broad criteria

If you are ready to move from “I speak sometimes” to “I am building a speaking business”, Premier is where you begin.

Fees:

  • R750 monthly membership
  • 20% of any booked paid speaker fee
  • Limited to 15 Members

LEVEL 3

SPOTLIGHT ELITE

Add strategy, precision, and priority access to your speaking pipeline.

Spotlight Elite is built for speakers who already have some momentum and want to increase volume, quality, or geography of their gigs. You get deeper profile work, more powerful searches for gigs, and a closer working relationship with our team. Limited to just 10 members.

Spotlight Elite gives you:

  • Two detailed profile reviews per year with tailored recommendations
  • Hands-on profile improvement support with a Red Jacket speaking agent
  • Advanced gig searches with more filters, sectors, and international regions
  • Priority access to selected Red Jacket sourced or curated opportunities
  • Higher application allowance and guidance on positioning your applications
  • Optional quarterly check-in focused on strategy, markets, and messaging

  • R1500 monthly membership
  • 15% of any booked paid speaker fee
  • Limited to 10 Members

LEVEL 4

SPOTLIGHT ICON

Play bigger, with a partner-level relationship from Red Jacket.

Spotlight Icon is our flagship level for established or fast-rising speakers who want to step onto bigger stages, in better rooms, at higher fees. This is a high-touch, relationship-based level with deeper involvement from the Red Jacket team. Limited to just 5 members.

Spotlight Icon gives you:

  • Personal onboarding session with our consultant.
  • Ongoing optimisation of your profile across key platforms and bureau listings
  • Direct access to a dedicated speaking advisor or lead contact at Red Jacket
  • Priority visibility for relevant inbound opportunities coming through the bureau
  • Advanced local and global gig searching plus proactive opportunity scouting
  • Support on pitching, positioning, and applications for higher value stages
