Colleta has been a speaker in various forums, including the Southern African Energy Efficiency Confederation (SAEEC) 16th annual conference, The Leaders Guild at Tangaza University, Mt. Kenya University, and Teach for Kenya.
A corporate trainer, leadership and career strategy coach, Colleta is a member of the faculty at the Relevance Learning Company where she has trained mid-level managers in Sub-Saharan Africa on a range of personal skills. She is a pool mentor with the Education Collaborative at Ashesi University in Ghana and founder of Cogent Afrique – a people development company based in Kenya.
