I believe the future belongs to people who keep learning, adapting and asking better questions. My work helps people build confidence with workplace technology, digital productivity and the changing role of AI at work.
I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer, instructional skills trainer, soft skills facilitator and presentation coach. I have trained more than 10,000 learners across major Microsoft 365 rollouts, working with corporate teams, senior leaders, graduates and early-career professionals.
My sessions are practical, human and confidence-building. I help people move from feeling overwhelmed by technology to feeling capable, clear and ready to use it well.
As a TEDx coach and PechaKucha Cape Town organiser and MC, I also help people develop presentation skills and speaker confidence, because learning new skills can help people rewrite the story they tell themselves about what they are capable of.
1. AI Readiness: Building Human Confidence in a Changing Workplace
AI is changing the way we work, communicate, learn and make decisions. This talk helps audiences understand AI in a practical, non-intimidating way. It focuses on how people can work with AI rather than feel replaced by it.
The session explores why human judgement, curiosity, critical thinking and communication remain essential in an AI-supported workplace. It helps people move from fear and confusion to confidence and practical action.
Promised outcomes
Audiences will leave with:
- A clearer understanding of AI’s role in the modern workplace
- A more confident mindset about working with AI
- Practical ways to use AI as a thinking and productivity partner
- A stronger understanding of why human skills still matter
- A useful starting point for adapting to change
2. The Future Belongs to the Learners
The future of work will not only reward people who know the most. It will reward people who can keep learning, adapting and asking better questions.
This talk explores learning agility as a core future-of-work skill. It helps audiences understand that learning new skills is not just about productivity. It can also change the way people see themselves, their value and their ability to grow.
Promised outcomes
Audiences will leave with:
- A practical understanding of learning agility
- A stronger sense of personal agency in a changing workplace
- A clearer view of how to approach new tools and skills without fear
- A reminder that capability is built step by step
- A renewed belief that they can learn what they need for the future
3. Digital Productivity Without the Overwhelm
Many people have access to powerful workplace tools but do not feel confident using them. This talk helps audiences understand how to make better use of digital tools without becoming overwhelmed by constant change.
The focus is on practical productivity, clearer communication and better ways of working in a Microsoft 365 and AI-supported environment. The tone is accessible, realistic and human.
Promised outcomes
Audiences will leave with:
- Practical ways to reduce digital overwhelm
- A clearer understanding of how workplace tools can support better work
- Simple productivity habits they can apply immediately
- More confidence using technology in everyday work
- A more human approach to digital change
4. Presentation Skills and Speaker Confidence
Many capable people lose confidence when they have to speak, present or share their ideas. This talk helps audiences understand that speaker confidence is not about becoming someone else. It is about learning how to structure ideas, manage nerves and speak with greater clarity.
Drawing on my work as a presentation coach, TEDx coach and PechaKucha Cape Town organiser and MC, this session gives audiences practical tools for speaking with more confidence and impact.
Promised outcomes
Audiences will leave with:
- A clearer understanding of what makes a message land
- Practical ways to structure a short talk or presentation
- Tools for managing nerves and building speaker confidence
- A better understanding of how to connect with an audience
- More confidence in their own voice and ideas
My talks are practical, accessible and confidence-building. I help people feel less intimidated by technology, change and communication, and more able to take the next step. Whether the topic is AI readiness, digital productivity or presentation skills, the core outcome is the same: people leave believing, “I can actually do this.”
